All public construction projects in Montgomery County are required to meet LEED Silver design standards established by the US Green Building Council (www.usgbc.org).

To prepare contractors and subcontractors for this requirement the Montgomery County Public Schools Green Building Program is conducting a LEED for Contractors Training Day.
Contractors and Subcontractors are encouraged to attend and learn about the standards, processes and submittal requirements for LEED from one of the region’s leading experts in the field, Sustainable Design Consulting.
